Soft Serve Crema di Caffé

Ingredients

  • 2 Illy espresso shots

  • 4 tablespoons of icing sugar

  • 250 ml of whipping cream

  • dutch cocoa powder for dusting

Method

Make the coffee, sweeten with sugar and refrigerate until cold. Place cream in a 750 capacity bottle (it needs to have a lid. An empty milk bottle is ideal), add sweetened, cold coffee and close with the lid. Shake vigorously for a few minutes until the coffee cream is whipped. Serve into cups, dust with cocoa and serve.
